The 2019 Gigondas Les Dessous Des Dentelles follows suit, offering a rich, meaty, medium to full-bodied style, with beautiful black cherry fruit, notes of peppery garrigue, Asian spices, and loamy soil, a stacked mid-palate, ripe tannins, and a big finish. It's another impressive, certainly outstanding Gigondas from this estate that will have 10-15 years of prime drinking.

Black Cherries, black licorice, peppery herbs, and chocolatey earth-like notes emerge from the 2018 Gigondas Les Dessous Des Dentelles. This beauty is medium to full-bodied and has a rounded supple, elegant texture, no hard edges, and plenty of lengt on the finish. I'd be happy to drink this classic 2018 any time over the coming 7-8 years, if not upwards of a decade or more.
